Return and get a full refund

We hope that you will love everything that you order from us but if it’s not the right color or the good size, you have 14 days to return, only if the protective foil would not be removed from the panties.

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, but for that, we would ask that you return the panties being clean, unworn and with the tag on. For hygiene reasons, Mirabelles panties must still have the hygiene strip.


How to return?


  • A personalized return form can be send to you by email. To do this, you must first send us an email justifying your return at Following this, we will send you a personalized return form which must be printed, completed, signed and included in the return package.
  • First you must print it and fill in all required information.
  • On the returns note, fill in the panties you are returning. Include this note in the package.
    Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely.
  • To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that you use all our postale data correctly:

  • Take the parcel to your closest post office or other delivery companies, to send your parcel at your own cost.
  • If offered, ask for proof of postage. Please remember that the responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.
  • We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned panties are received at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.




We agree to exchange any panties, but for that you would first need to proceed to the return of the panties and send us an email at the same time explaining to us that you would like to exchange your panties. In this email you would tell us the number of your order and the new panties you would like to exchange to. The new panties should be at the same price of the previous one. The return panties should obviously be clean, unworn, with the tag on and must still have the hygiene strip. Please remember that the cost of the return of the previous panties and the send of the new ones, is at your own costs.
