Delivery, returns, and exchanges

Delivery

We ship all orders via DHL courier.

The following shipping options are available in our store:

 -->   DHL Parcel Poland: 23.00 PLN (gross)

Parcel delivered by courier to the specified address. Shipping within Poland.

-->     DHL Parcelshop: 21.00 PLN (gross)

Delivery to a pickup point (including Żabka stores, Inmedio newsstands, Shell gas stations, and Abc stores). Approximately 10,000 pickup points.

 

Returns

We hope you love all our products; however, you might occasionally order the wrong size or color. In such cases, you can return the items within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that returns are only accepted if the panties remain in their original, unopened packaging. Once we receive your return, we will refund the full amount you paid. The funds will be returned using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

We may ask you to confirm that the panties are clean, unused, and still have the tag attached. For hygiene reasons, we require that returned panties still have the hygiene liner in place.

Please remember that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

How to make a return?

- We can email you a personalized return form. To receive it, please send an email stating the reason for the return to info@mirabelles.store. We will then send you a personalized return form, which you must print, fill out, sign, and include with your return shipment.

- First, print the form and fill in all the required information.

- To ensure the return process goes as smoothly as possible, please make sure to send the package to this exact address: Mirabelles, ul. Kazimierzowska 51A/6, 02-572 Warsaw, Poland.

- Drop off the package at your nearest post office or courier service point and send it back at your own expense.

- If possible, please ask for proof of shipment. Remember that you are responsible for the proper dispatch and delivery of the parcel.

- We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original order. The parcel must reach our warehouse within 14 days of the purchase date. You will receive the funds within 14 days of your return form being successfully processed. Once the return process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

 

Exchanges

 
At Mirabelles, we accept exchanges for purchased panties; however, to process an exchange, you must first return the original pair and send us an email stating the reason for the exchange.

Please include your order number and specify which pair you would like to receive in exchange for the returned one. The replacement pair must be the same price as the original. Naturally, the items must be clean and unworn, and they must be returned with the tags and hygiene liner intact.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with both the return and the delivery of the new pair. Therefore, please make sure to order the correct size by consulting our Size Guide.
